PureTap Australia does not generally offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Because our whole-house filtration systems are supplied and professionally installed, customers should carefully review their quotation and installation requirements before proceeding.

This policy does not affect any rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a PureTap system develops a fault, customers should contact us directly.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement or refund.

If a customer experiences an issue relating to installation or workmanship, they should contact PureTap Australia.

We will coordinate with the installing plumbing partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Customers are not required to independently resolve product or installation problems with our suppliers.

Our products and installation services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation depending on the nature of the problem.

These statutory rights apply independently of any manufacturer's warranty.

Where a product is confirmed faulty, PureTap Australia will arrange or cover reasonable return or collection costs as required by Australian Consumer Law.
